Native American Youth Ministries is made up of two ministries that have blended together for ministry: NAYM: Native Adult and Youth Ministries, and ROCK: Reaching Out with CHRIST’S Kingdom.

SCRIPTUAL MANDATE:

To prepare GOD’S people for works of service, so that the body of CHRIST may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and knowledge of the SON of GOD, and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of CHRIST. Eph. 4:12-13

CORE VALUES:

• Christian indigenous peoples are most knowledgeable in reaching their people for Christ, therefore we work closely with ministries like Navajo Christian Foundation in Dilkon, AZ and a Christian Drug Rehabilitation Center in Shiprock, NM. Both of these ministries are led by Navajos. From our inception, we have had various tribes represented on our Board of Directors. Our desire is to have an increasing number of indigenous staff.

• Evangelical Christians must minister together demonstrating CHRIST’S love , therefore we have a variety of denominations represented on our Board of Directors as well as among our missionary staff. All who are associated with NAYM-ROCK are to be in agreement with our statement of faith.

• NAYM/ROCK missionaries minister with existing ministries or individuals at the invitation of local indigenous people, therefore we do not seek to establish mission compounds or churches which would be under the authority of Native American Youth Ministries.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION:

All missionary staff are required to raise finances for the ministry they are personally involved in as well as for their personal salary. Tax deductible contributions come from individuals, churches, Sunday School classes, etc. to financially support these ministries. Contribution receipts are mailed on a regular basis.

Strict accounting procedures are in place to assure contributions are accurately processed and expenditures are appropriate. Monthly financial reports are sent to all staff and members of the Board of Directors. Our annual financial report is available upon request.
